Camille & Kyle - DIY Rustic Wedding in the Berkeley Hills

Here we have a lovely DIY rustic wedding that I shot with a hybrid of Kodak Portra film and Sony digital. Camille not only made a beautiful bride, but she did a wonderful job in coordinating the venue, the floral, and the decor. You really can't go wrong with sweets stations, featuring candy, donuts, and family made Italian cookies. A fun and relaxed environment surrounded by the green of the Berkeley Hills, under a bright overcast sky, perfect for shooting film. The party continued to San Francisco where we took in the sights of the City, stopping along the way to take some portraits at the Palace of Fine Arts.

Cobie Smulders & Justin Long (???)

A little bit of fun with this faux wedding couple in actors Cobie Smulders and Justin Long. I got a chance to photograph some of the filming going on at San Francisco City Hall. These two were great to shoot with. Not too much I can talk about this film except that it will be called "Literally, Right Before Aaron" directed by Ryan Eggold. I hope I captured the mood of the flick with this photo.

Diondra & Scott

I had a wonderful time with these two. Surrounded by loving family and friends, it was a day to remember. The day was filed with beautiful contrast and I was able to capture the day with a hybrid of 35mm film and digital. I feel it is a great way to document and gives a photojournalistic look.
